Automating the Home Building Experience
We manufacture and install “white label” framing packages for general contractors and home builders, (complete with M.E.P’s) providing a scalable, consistent product that will far surpass the quality of traditional site-built framing packages.
We use extensive automation, significantly reducing construction cycle time and the amount of manpower typically needed. We can manufacture the equivalent of 1.5M sq. ft. of homes annually with a small production staff!

David Kirk
Founder & CEO
David has operated homebuilding companies in the Midwest with an annual volume of 300 homes per year. While at Kirk Homes, David built over 3,000 single and multi-family homes and developed real estate totaling over 10,000 lots. David was responsible for P&L reporting on $75M of annual operational revenue. He brings 35 years of construction experience.
John Carroll

John Has been in the residential real estate business for 35+ years. John has been CEO of Kirk Homes as well as President of Ryland-Midwest which merged to become CalAtlantic Homes. John has been a leader since 1997, creating great success by consistently producing exceptional profits. John has a very creative business sense and can see value where many others see obstacles too problematic to navigate. John is a highly respected figure in the Chicago residential real estate industry.
